Refund and Return Policy for the 747 Auto Parts

  • If a product you have purchased from 747 Auto Parts under the store policy is defective, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will cheerfully refund your money within 10 days, exchange or, where possible, with a 20% handling fee.

  • For some high value products, 747Auto Parts reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to discussing a suitable remedy with you. For products that cannot be assessed in store, we will arrange for the product to be sent to the manufacturer for assessment.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • To make a claim under our defective returns policy, in store purchases: 747 Auto Parts store our Customer Care is more than happy to help you to exchange the part subject to the warranty period.

  • We will only be responsible to exchange the defective product according to the terms expressed in the warranty however we do not bear any cost incurred such as labor, towing, car rental , transportation and any other miscellaneous payments done by the customer in exchange for the defective product.

  • We will ask you for a valid proof of purchase when returning a defective product and new returns. Some examples of acceptable proof of purchase are your original receipt, a credit card statement clearly showing your purchase at 747 Auto Parts

  • We will charge a 20% handling fee for returns, purchased under the We beat the lowest price campaign. Shipping, delivering and any other transportation charges are non-refundable.

  • Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, your returning new item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Any items being returned need to be in a saleable condition, so please don't mark or tear the packaging or tape a shipping label directly to the parts box, as this will void the return.

  • Any product that has had the plastic wrap removed and any product that has pieces missing are not eligible for return.

  • Please return the product in the original packaging with the original receipt.

  • Any electrical, electronic and any special order part items will not be returned (Final Sale). Any clearance sales products are non returnable.

  • Once we receive the returned part(s), we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve the return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the part will be exchanged or the new return product (Should be returned in no more than 10 days) refund will be credited however delivery and handling charges will be deducted.
